   Overall I’m happy with this purchase!
   2 small complaints(no big deal):
   Sometimes the lifts dont lift the bikes evenly on both sides ,so you have to manually reposition them while you lift them
   2…wish that you did not have to put the additional 2 x 4 boards when installing perpendicular to the studs(but once it’s done its done)
   Works great and clearance out lot is space in the garage
   NOTE!
   make sure you thread the string through all the pulleys before you screw them into the ceiling!!!!they tell you about it on the last page of instructions after the installation process instructions

   Love my rack but these accessories are way too expensive. They are nice hooks but not sure why they cost so much. Would also prefer the 10 deck hooks be the round metal type hook that came with the original rack package and not the flat metal ones that came in this accessory kit..

   It takes a few hours to put up, but it is super nice for storage.
